YOUR WORDS, IN PUBLIC
Privacy
You don’t need an account. A note’s text, chosen name or pseudonym, paper style, date, and position are publicly readable. Don’t submit information you want to keep private. Public content can be copied by others.
What we keep
Notes are stored in Supabase until removed by the room keeper. Reports store the note, selected reason, date, review status, and a hashed visitor identifier. Reports and administrative records are not public.
For rate limiting, the server uses your IP address when supplied by our trusted hosting proxy. It turns this into a keyed hash; the app does not store the raw IP in the notes database. Short-lived request counters expire or are cleaned up. Reports and submission retry records may retain the hash longer.
Your browser and service providers
Your weather preference is kept in this tab’s session storage. Music starts only when you press Play. The application does not add advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Hosting and database providers process technical connection information and may keep their own logs.
If the Cloudflare visitor check is enabled, Cloudflare processes browser and connection information to prevent automated abuse. The check loads when you open a submission or report form.
Removal requests
Open a note and use Report Note, or follow the contact and removal instructions. There is no account-based ownership check, so the room keeper reviews requests manually. Removed notes may remain in backups until those backups expire, and copies made by others are outside this app’s control.
